A Process Server is a nuetral third party legally authorized to deliver court documents, such as a Summons, Complaint, Writ, Subpoena, Notice of Small Claim, Unlawful Detainer or other legal documents to individuals or entities involved in a lawsuit or legal action.  This brings the opposing party under the courts jurisdiction.
